Susan Kaye Young was arrested and charged with lewd conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen. She pled guilty. After a hearing, the district court sentenced her to a term of twelve-years incarceration, with a minimum period of confinement of two and one-half years. Young moved the court under I.C.R. 35 to reduce her sentence to probation with counseling and treatment. Her motion was denied. Young appeals, arguing that the district court erred when it denied her motion. We affirm the denial of Youngs motion and her sentence.
