Esequiel Acevedo pled guilty to one count of sexual abuse of a child under sixteen years of age, Idaho Code § 18-1506. Prior to sentencing, Acevedo moved to withdraw his guilty plea. The court denied Acevedos motion and sentenced him to serve a unified six-year term, with two years fixed. Acevedo appealed. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
